File Sense — Privacy Policy

What File Sense accesses
With your permission (Android "All files access"), File Sense reads and changes files in your device storage so you can browse and manage them. This happens on your device.
What leaves your device
- Cloud drives: only when you sign in to Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox, File Sense talks directly to that provider to list, download and upload the files you choose. Sign-in tokens are stored encrypted on your device.
- Share over Wi-Fi / FTP server: only while you turn it on, other devices on your local network can reach the folder you share, protected by a one-time token or password.
- Usage statistics: File Sense sends anonymous feature events (for example "zip used" or "Pro prompt shown") and an anonymous app-instance ID to Google Firebase Analytics. It never sends file names, paths, file contents or cloud account details, and it does not use the advertising ID. Turn this off in File Sense settings > privacy.
File Sense has no ads and no account. We do not sell or share your personal data.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are handled by Google Play; we receive only the purchase confirmation.
