With your permission Cal Sense reads and writes events in your device's calendars. Events never leave your device through Cal Sense; any sync is done by your calendar account provider.
If you allow approximate location, Cal Sense sends coordinates rounded to two decimal places to Open-Meteo to fetch the forecast. Without location it uses an IP-based or default city.
Reminder alarms are scheduled on your device.
Cal Sense sends anonymous feature events (for example "to-do opened" or "Pro prompt shown") and an anonymous app-instance ID to Google Firebase Analytics. It never sends event titles, calendars, reminders or location, and it does not use the advertising ID. Turn this off in Cal Sense settings > share anonymous usage data.
No ads and no account. We do not sell or share your personal data. Optional in-app purchases are handled by Google Play; we receive only the purchase confirmation.
